Independent Fund 

Used to support or oppose candidates, issues, or events, but does not coordinate with candidates, campaigns, or parties. This fund may accept unlimited contributions from business, corporations, labor organizations, political parties, and individuals.

PAC Fund 

Used for direct contributions to candidates, parties, etc. subject to contribution limits, source restrictions, and reporting rules.

As a Hybrid PAC, VoteR PAC maintains separate accounts for Federal and State donations as required by law.
