The Stakes Couldn't Be Higher!
The decisions made at the ballot box during 2026 elections will directly impact our paychecks, our schools, our neighborhood safety, the future of the Republic.
Subject / Title: The Stakes Couldn't Be Higher: Why Your Vote Matters Now
Dear Neighbors,
Every election brings a choice, but this year the stakes for our community and state are at an absolute peak. The decisions made at the ballot box will directly impact our paychecks, our schools, our neighborhood safety and our constitutional freedoms.
With razor-thin margins in Congress and across state leadership, conservative candidates like Derek Merrin, John Husted, and Vivek need our active support to ensure our region is led by practical conservative principles rather than tax-and-spend agendas.
At a personal level, we cannot afford to sit on the sidelines while a far-left movement takes hold. Independent of party or partisan interests this is not in the interests of any U.S. citizen that prefers the constitutional form of government we enjoy today.
Here is why your vote is urgent right now:
Protecting Your House & Wallet: Local tax levies in Toledo, Sylvania, and Maumee are on the ballot. Voting "No" on unnecessary tax hikes protects your property values and keeps more of your hard-earned money for your family's budget. Voting “Yes” means you trust the advice of the government and believe that the budget is deserving of assistance.
Securing the Ohio Supreme Court: We must defend our conservative judicial majority to block liberal court-packing and prevent judicial activism from overturning sound state laws.Ensuring Election Integrity: Voting "YES" on Issue 3 cements photo ID protections directly into the Ohio Constitution, securing our elections against future legal challenges.
Empowering Parents & Backing Real Leadership: We need leaders like Vivek and Derek Merrin who champion school choice, stand up to powerful teachers' unions, tackle crime, and deliver real tax relief—not career politicians like Marcy Kaptur, who have spent decades with virtually zero legislative results to show for it.We cannot defer to left-wing community organizers advocating for high-tax, large-government policies to win by default because conservative voters stayed home. Your interests deserve representation, and your vote is the ultimate equalizer.
Staying home means we default to candidates who support the Democrat Socialists of America, a party that advocates for eradication of the Republic as we know it.
Please make your plan to vote today—whether by early voting, absentee, or at the polls on Election Day—Yes, it’s a mid-term, but also a critical year to vote, so bring three friends or neighbors with you. Let’s make sure our voice is heard loud and clear\!
Sincerely,
Marty Rini & Janet Mohrmann
