The Ohio Voting and Elections Amendment may appear on the ballot in November 2026. This initiative would change the Ohio Constitution providing for Voting and Election changes like same-day registration, voting by non-electronic means, and changing identification rules.

This initiative would eliminate taxes on real property and would define real property to include land, growing crops, and permanently attached structures.
