Lisa D. McGowan

Lisa McGowan is a judge for the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division in Ohio, a position she has held since December 31, 2014. Her current term is set to conclude on December 31, 2026. Prior to her judgeship, McGowan served as a magistrate for the same court from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, she was a staff attorney to Judge David E. Lewandowski in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, from 1999 to 2011. McGowan earned her undergraduate degree from Hartwick College in 1989 and her J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1992.
